Information
Villa Flamingo is a brand new villa completed in 2022. We fulfill a lifelong dream with it and hope that it will be like a second home for you as well. Our intention was to create a place where you can feel comfortable and come to rest. In the design we have placed great value on satisfying different needs. This is reflected in the individual rooms.

Living room
The living room with its comfortable sofa can accommodate up to 8 people and is complemented by a 55-inch TV with smart TV. The view of the sea is also guaranteed from the sofa. The sofa can be folded out and used as a sofa bed for 2 guests.
In addition, the smart home system can be operated from the living room. This can also be used to adjust the air conditioning and lights in the house.
Open kitchen with dining area
The open plan kitchen and dining area adjoin the living area. The kitchen is well equipped and offers enough space for extensive cooking with sea view.
In addition to the usual equipment, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a food processor.
3 Bedrooms
Each of the three bedrooms has air conditioning and a mosquito net. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a TV. In the third bedroom there are two single beds. A beautiful sea view with sunrise can be enjoyed from the large bedroom.
2 Bathrooms
In the villa there are two modern bathrooms. One is equipped with a rain shower, which is excellent for cooling off in the summer months. The second bathroom has a whirlpool with multiple functions, which offers a pleasant time out especially in the colder season.
Pool Area
The 6×3 meter infinity pool with adjoining sun deck is perfect for cooling off and swimming fun.The pool area also includes an outdoor shower.
Garden
The garden is divided into different zones. Next to the pool with sun deck, the day bed invites you to relax. In addition, the villa has an outdoor kitchen, which is perfect for barbecuing. On the spacious covered terrace there is a large dining table with enough space for social evenings.
